Do you think he was told to tone down the Joe Cocker a bit and it hurt his singing but then he couldn’t hold it in any longer and he took off. I do not love what he’s wearing tonight. He desperately needs a make-over. ---

Paula really needs to stop hitting Simon. Please, can we get Randy in the middle again? A serious question here – does Gray Charles have Tourette’s? Those "woo"s are really bizarre. And I wish he hadn’t asked us to stand. Too cheesy for ya, man. OTOH, I thought it seemed like a good song choice for him (though not entirely on key). I guess I was wrong though. Loved Bo grooving in the audience. Interesting how they edit-pimped the women. Didn’t think Ayla would have made it in there. ---

Elliott does nothing for me. I feel like he should do something for me but it’s just not there. I’m too biased against Ace to even try to comment on his performance. ---

Ace, if you have a problem with hair getting in your eyes you should buy a scrunchie. Don’t ever look at me and run your fingers through your hair again, or I will be forced to kick you in the nuts. Speaking of which…he did NOT sound good tonight. ---

I keep posting things I mean to post here in a Pit thread. It’s embarrassing. But not as embarrassing if it was another way around. Anyway. I like the way he sings. He skeeves me, though, and I don’t know why. And no amount of make-over is gonna fix that cross-eye. ---
