Jordin… I am digging this one. Good rendition of a Tracy Chapman song, looks like she is having fun up there, and the song seems to come naturally, she doesn’t seem like she’s struggling like so many of them do. There were a couple of bad notes, but overall this is my favorite so far. Except I have to hate her for having perfect teeth. Nicole: YUCK what the HELL is this girl doing with her FACE!? It’s ghastly watching her sing! Make her stop!!! She doesn’t sound very good either… but good lord the faces… just stop already! Ok she nailed a few impressive notes but overall it was teh suck IMO. ---

This is terrible. I know the karaoke comparison gets overused on this show, but this really does sound EXACTLY like karaoke night. ---

I sheepishly admit to loving that song and singing it in the shower all the time. I wish I sounded like her when I did. Liked it a lot. ---

I liked Gina’s voice, though she was shouty in spots. ETA: Though I don’t know that you should admit that you don’t care whether or not you hit the big note right? ---

Alaina: Definately more looks than talent being demonstrated tonight. She gave off too many of those “pleeeease like me” vibes for me to swallow. Gina: I like this girl! Her performance wasn’t perfect, but it did have a spirit some of the others were lacking. I’d like to see her do more. ---

Why doesn’t anyone remember Manilow’s version of that song, huh? I’m totally willing to admit to being a Fanilow when I’m belting that out in the shower, and hearing everyone blah blah blahing about fricking frognoggin’ Celine is killing me, ugh. I’ve liked Gina all the way thru, but I don’t want to. I always get invested in the odd-hair girls and they always crap out way to early and I’m always bummed. ---

I’m biased against Lakisha cuz I think she should go back home to her daughter. But you cannot sing this song ever. Not after Jennifer Holliday. ---
