Blake, Blake, Blake … you’re dressed like a _tool._ You look like a refugee from some goofy boy band. And _not_ one of the good ones, either. Fire your stylist. Also, what song are you singing? Should I _know_ this song? ---

Simon was right. Blake is the only one who’s been halfway decent tonight. And it’s not like he was great, but at least he had a good tone and was (mostly) in tune. I liked that he sang the song straight and just let his voice show; he has a really solid and pleasant voice. ---

I like Blake, so I’m glad the judges were nice to him, but when they “hear it back,” as Simon says, they’re going to hear the pitch problems. I’m sure he’ll be safe, though. He’s been far from the suckiest tonight. ---

OK, please be _honest_ with me: Am I really this _old_, or are these songs really this _crappy?_ (Oh, it’s Stevie. I should have known that. Shame on me.) Sanjaya’s hair is pretty, but I think he’s singing a song older than _I_ am. ---

Okay, are we the only ones who liked Sanjaya? I really liked the song and thought he gave a beautiful, gentle performance. And his pitch was amazingly good for an Idol contestant! ---

Does anyone else think Blake looks like Jere Burns? He’s by far the best so far. I like that song. ---
