I hope it’s Ok that I start the thread, I’m just too excited that if it’s Stevie Wonder week, someone might sing “Sir Duke”. I just think that’s the most fun song ever and no one (except Kevin) is bad enough to truly butcher it. Please let Kevin sing “I Just Called to Say I Love You”, and get canned. ---

Better yet, let _no one_ sing “I Just Called to Say I Love You”! Thanks for starting the thread. I was just toying with the idea of doing so myself, but I really have nothing to say other than, “Oh boy! My show’s on tonight!” ---

There are so many good Stevie Wonder songs. And almost as many sappy ones. Will Little Stevie be there for both singing days? If he is, do you think he’ll comment on the way the contestants look like the other judges? Am I in hell yet for that stupid joke. I would love to see Chris, Elliot or Mandisa take on “I Believe When I Fall In Love WIth You”, especially Chris. The only one I would like to hear, maybe, sing “I Just Called . . .” is Elliot - at least he has the best chance of doing something interesting with it. ---
