Maybe, but I’m not really much taken with the ones listed. In particular:
Not worried about that, because there is no realistic chance of this happening except perhaps for the top 5% or so of earners, i.e. not me, and people who can clearly afford it
Again, next to no chance that’s going to happen and since I’ve somehow managed to get though 59 years without needing a firearm for anything at all, I’m pretty sure I can get through the time I have left. My sympathies for all the hunters and target shooters out there, but I’m not going to die so you can put holes in deer and pieces of paper.
In my view, this would have no signficiant effect whatsoever on anyone who did not directly benefit from such a law, so only an insane person would go to war over that.
Pretty much the same for the rest listed, in part because it appears all could eventually be reversed at the ballot box. Show me someone immediately affected to the point of death or permanent disenfranchisement and maybe I’ll reconsider.
Re-establishment of slavery? Armed attack by one state (or a gorup of states) on another? Non-electoral selection of a President for Life with simultaneous dissolving of Congress and Supreme Court? That’s pretty much it.
Bonus question: If you WOULD support a war, what would your new separatist side be called?
