I want to look out the window. Fortunately, I also like looking at freight trains, because you see a lot of them. You also get to see the back yards of everyone that lives along the track. I have determined that the people that live along the track are poor and collect A LOT of crap. Every time I have taken the train, there is always someone who “entertains” the crowd in the lounge car by singing and playing guitar, and it’s ALWAYS City of New Orleans. I am forced to give up preferred lounge car sightseeing until they go away. ---

Ask to be on the other side of the train, because you are clearly looking at the wrong side of the tracks.
