It’s in the _ **DAMNED MID-30s** _ this morning!!! :mad: It’s May 14 - the lows are supposed to be mid-50s! We are NOT amused!!! 😛 I was tired-er than I thought last night. I went into bed a little after 8 and I was dead gone long before 9. So this morning, I’m feeling human - yay! Plus we slept in a bit, since \*\*FCD \*\*has a Dr appt this morning and it made no sense to go to the office first. I’ve scooped cat poo, loaded and run the dishwasher, moved and started the sprinkler, and had breakfast. In a little bit, I’ll dress and run down to Leonardtown - \*\*FCD \*\*is out of his favorite sodas, so I’ll see who has it on sale. And that’ll help kill time till it’s warm enough to get back outside playing in the dirt. That’s really my only plan today - finish the last pot of daffodils and maybe start moving some iris from the back woods to the front hill. We’ll see how that goes. And \*\*coldblood \*\*- hug who you want - we’re all friendly and mostly bathed in here. 😉 As a corollary to the Dope’s “don’t be a jerk” rule, we add “Be nice, dammit!” Beyond that, it’s all good. Morning all, The alarm (aka Mr. Jynxster) woke me up from a dream where I was cuddling up next to a horse that was about to go race. I just remember the soft wuffle of his breath on my cheek and the sleekness of his hair and then it was 0530. Nice dream and not a nice morning. Irk will be stuper boring today and the rest of the week as I wait with for my project to kick off. Hugs and Yays approrpriately. ---

**(((((The Count)))))** and **((((($2.99)))))** I am all excitipated today because it’s my Firday and I’m off on my jollies tomorrow. It is pretty cold here today, wet and windy, and we are forecast torrential rain later in the afternoon. I have checked the weather forecast for where I’m going and it promises me 70s and 80s, but they’re Eastern European degrees so you’ll have to work that out for yourself! Naturally I am running around today trying to get everything done, and then someone drops a job on my desk that needs to be done by the end of the week…except I’m not here after today. Oh, the joy of being a temp. Still, minor miracles do appear to be my forte… ---

Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up, caffienated and at irk. 'Tis a cool 46 Amurrkin out with a predicted high of 82 for the day. It’s supposed to get to the upper 80s tomorrow. YAY!!! I met OYKW for brekkies at that place of epicurean delights known as Three Squares Diner. We had ham’n cheese omelettes that were really good. A nice way to start the day. Soup helped; now blurf. Morning, all. Missed the \*\*{{Count}} \*\*last night, so hope all gets better for you, and best wishes. Count needs a nickname, no? I’d go with Fang, but then all I can think about is Hagred’s giant scaredy-dog from the Harry Potter books/films (what breed was that, anyway…?). Perhaps something to do with chocolate? 😛 Happy Toosday. Coq au vin for afternoon dinner today - I get to cook. Which I actually enjoy most of the time - I find the process relaxing for some reason. ---

When my parents were still married all three of us had the same initials, **SLF**. Last night I drove to 2 different bead stores looking for the color I need. There is only 1 left and if they don’t have it, I’ll have to get it online. Which will cost more money because really, who only buys $5 worth of stuff to have delivered? Tuesday. I would like to be anywhere, doing anything but sitting here being unproductive.
