I’ve tried yogurt in egg salad, Did not like. I like a whisper of horseradish. No tarragon or relish, and onion, when used, must be raw. My mom lived in Italian-Jewish neighborhood when she first arrived in the US and picked up some Yiddish while learning English. I didn’t realize words like schlemiel and schlep weren’t English until my little friends looked puzzled. ---
