Howdy folks and happy Monday. LOL Sounds like it’s been one of THOSE Mondays too, unfortunately. Ah well, tomorrow is another day … 😛 The cold continues in Albuquerque, today it may have reached freezing but it also snowed, leaving a bit more than a dusting on the ground and trees/bushes. We may get more of the white stuff tonight! :eek: We also might get to 40 degrees by the weekend, I’m hoping. Yesterday I fixed chicken white chili in the crock pot, today it was time for Italian Beef in the crock pot, so my slow cooker has been getting a work out! I used boneless, skinless thighs for the chili and it turned out great, with strips of corn tortilla in it. Very tasty! The Italian Beef smells marvelous; we’re having it on the small sub rolls with provolone cheese. It has been so cold here that there are a lot of pipes freezing and bursting. It’s gotten to the point where the apartment complex is actually telling people to leave one faucet on a slow drip at night, and to leave cabinets open under the sinks. There must have been a burst pipe over the weekend, because our water was off for several hours on Saturday. Hope everyone is feeling better - healing thoughts sent out to those in need. ---

Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffienatin’. _YAWN_ ‘Tis 58 Amurrkin out with a predicted high of 80 for the day. We shall cool down as the week progresses, so the weather PTB say. So, short sleeve shirt again today. I ain’t complainin’. Hope the pinched cervical nerve is better **Soapy**. **gt** we’ve agreed not to throw bats anymore. It’s inhumane. 😃 I do like the idea of flingin’ smashed **N.O.T.** though. Sounds like fun! Now I need more caffiene and rumbly tummy wants to be fed. Then, alas, irk purtification must commence. I am rested - huzzah!! I watched TV and knitted till about 8, then took my meds and a melatonin and lay in bed to watch TV till I zonked out. That happened before 8:30, and I didn’t get up till my bladder compelled me about 4AM, so yay! Plans are tentatively for a short day today. I have a few things I need to get done, but I’m hoping to scoot out before lunch. After the counter guys finish their installation, \*\*FCD \*\*will need to go buy some plumbing stuff to finish the drains under the sink. But he can’t just go get it, because the oil company tech is supposed to come deal with the leaking heating oil in the basement. If I’m home, I can deal with the tech. It’s raining, low 40s, and generally icky today, and it’s supposed to continue into tomorrow. \*\*FCD \*\*leaves for PA tomorrow and he won’t get back till Firday. Looks like I’ll have a couple of nights alone to sort thru kitchen miscellany and restore order to my chaos. Meanwhile, I’ve got a couple of drawings to deal with. Happy Tuesday! ---

I had one of those Mondays, it has turned out to be one of those Tuesdays too. I have a problem with a couple of people that isn’t exactly of my own making but I am involved in it. They want to resolve it, I am happy for that to happen but I do not wish (or need) to be involved in the resolution of it. Why is it giving me sleepless nights? Bah! **(((((Wiki)))))**, I hope you find more bright spots in your days to keep you feeling positive. ---

Mr. Jynxster bought me the Complete MacGuyver Tv Series for Christmas. I was a HUGE fan when I was growing up. He has never seen it. We have a standing date on Mondays to watch 2 episodes. I now have an almost uncontrollable urge to break something and try to MacGuyver a fix. Someone please stop me. Good feeling vibes to all. Good, good, good, good vibrations. Bop Bop.
