I passed the written part of my final, and fucked up my two scenarios royally. I knew what I wanted to do in each and how to get it done, but I got flustered and the stupid stuff did me in both times. Totally misdiagnosed the trauma patient, and I ODed the baby on epinephrine I adminstered for an allergic reaction to penecillin. The canonical list of mistakes is much longer. I’m supposed to be able to redo the practicals in January before the certification exam, which is good, but the shock of failing is something I’m not used to. All that crap from Friday didn’t help any to get my head straight for Satuday, either. **{{{Soapy}}}** ---

Glad the hugs helped, **Soapy.** Still thinking about you. Sorry about the exam, **Bobbio**. You’ll be fine next time, I’m sure. I posted the link to lasagna roll-ups to the blog so that it doesn’t get lost again. I just cut out a similar recipe that is meatless and adds pesto to the spinach and ricotta mixture. I’m going to try it while my mom is here. Of course, I’ll probably have to make part without spinach so that the niece and nephew will eat it. I’ve got a concept for the MMP, I think. The moon is very bright again. Weird. Off to be a slug for a while. GT ---

**{{Vundie}}** Exams are a pain in the butt. I despise being put on the spot like that and generally tend to go momentarily stupid, which is also the reason I despise interviews. Sorry you have to go through this one again… I’m sure you’ll totally ace it next time around, though. **swampus** , I’ve got nearly three dozen gingerbread biscotti left. I do believe that qualifies as “too much”, mostly because I can’t eat that many cookies before they go stale. Strangely enough, we’re not nearly as concerned about the dozen beer left in the fridge… 🙂 And on that note, it’s bedtime for me. I’ve got some appreciatin’ to do… it seems The Boy had a chat with my coz the jewellery designer at last night’s party, and a ring will likely be making an appearance sometime in the next couple of months. Squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. ---

{{{{{ **VBob** }}}}} Gee, guess what it was doing when I left work? And had been for awhile, since there was a nice layer of it on my car? Yup. I asked for snow. Boy am I getting it! I’d say another half inch or so more so far…by morning, who knows? I would really like it if it didn’t snow when I had to drive at night, though. At least I had room at one point to let a jerk in a truck pass me since for some reason I’m not going any faster than I’m comfortable going in those conditions – let him wreck his truck somewhere that isn’t where he could hit me. We have a _stunningly handsome_ new front desk guy. Black hair, lovely eyebrows, gorgeous dark eyes, nice accent (I think he’s from Spain but was too stunned from looking at him to read his tag)…sometimes I love my job, just having all these gorgeous young men around! ---
