# an open invitational

I invite anyone who wishes to get to know me on a more personal level to IM me or email me. I would enjoy getting to know you, as well. I know many people here are fair-to-good at “getting the jist” of people’s personalities by reading their posts, and that’s cool. However, I think it would be nice to have something a little more substantial than that, if anyone wishes. This is not a plea for attention. This is me saying: “Pull up a chair, have a drink, on me; let’s chat and have a good time. Tell me a little about yourself :oD”
I can only speak for myself when I say: I know there are a lot of wonderful posters here, whom I feel I would enjoy knowing more personally and enjoy talking to, outside of the MB! That is is what this post is about. I want to know you, and hopefully you may want to know me.
I posted this because I realize many people here, are not-so-fond of spontaneous IM’s and emails from people whom they are not used to corresponding with. I respect this, and therefore place this open invitation to you.
I look forward to hearing from anyone who wishes to participate. To those who do not wish to participate: I hope that we may continue to enjoy one another’s postings whether we remain strangers or aquaintances.
