What’s the point of showering if you’re going to put on sweaty briefs? I prefer to keep my underwear poll dry, thank you. ---

Do many people always sweat into their undies? I sure don’t. If I’d worked out, maybe, but certainly during the course of the day I don’t. I think it’s the sweaty ones that are the most :eek: about rewearing the skivvies. ---

Ew ew ew. Post-shower bodies deserve nice clean undies, thank you very much. I had a friend who I’d work out with on occasion who’d drive me insane. She’d go back down to the locker room, change into the clothes she’d been wearing earlier that day, and leave. Eeew, sayeth I. That’s not an acceptable option. The options are: shower there and then change (fresh undergarments), or throw your jacket on over your nasty workout gear and go home to cleanse oneself. ---

Perhaps things are different for us ladies (no, I’m not going into any details!) but I can’t imagine wearing the same underwear after a shower that I wore before, unless I’d only had them on for a couple of minutes, but I’d only do **that** if I was out of clean ones. I have waaaaaay too many pairs of undies and I like it that way because I always have clean ones around if I need them. ---

Putting dirty underwear back on after showering? Especially after working out in it? Eww! Eww eww ewwwwww! Definitely either get clean undies or go commando because putting skanky wet nasty underpants back on after a nice shower totally defeats the purpose. ---

Depends - are you both girls? If so, then sure it makes sense to be irrationally germaphobic (or maybe rationally, I’m not sure what “down there” is capable of). But but if you’re both guys, then…what exactly do you think will happen if you continue wearing the same underwear throughout the day? What difference does a midday pause in wearing them make? ---

It depends, I guess, what I’m doing later. If there’s any chance I’ll have visitors down there, then I’ll go commando, or even stop by the Target for a new pair. If I’m rolling solo, the hot boxers go back on. ---

It’s almost all I can do not to change them every time I use the bathroom. ---

After a shower it is time for fresh underwear and socks IMHO. Putting back on pre-shower underwear is something an “unsanitary slob” would do. Jim {how’d I do boss?} ---

I don’t wear underwear while working out (sports bra yes, but leggings or shorts down below), but would never get back into used underwear after a shower - no matter how clean they appear to be, they are by definition less clean than me, and bring my average down, so to speak. I’d rather go commando (and have, in both jeans and skirts) rather than reuse. That’s icky. ---

[/QUOTE] Just to clarify - I also am commando during the workout, the underwear in question is just the everyday wear, not the actual workout underwear. If I were to wear anything, it’s be a jock, but I usually don’t bother with that.
