Gay male here. Love(d) it, both giving and receiving. I almost never had a bad experience giving, except for those who were not properly cleaned and prepped. The bad experiences receiving had to do with what I think of as selfish men who are able to keep going for like 20 or 30 minutes by some means that I donā€™t understand. Any time it goes on for more than 5 minutes, tops, then it just becomes an exercise in endurance of discomfort. I found that I could usually predict who was going to finish quickly vs. those who would go on and on. Large head relative to shaft thickness = finish quickly. Small head relative to shaft thickness = no quick finish. My theory is that the interior of the anal area is only stimulating to a head that can rub up against the sides in some way; also once the head is in, the relatively smaller shaft is less uncomfortable in the anal opening (so maybe it just seems like a shorter time). As to why I like receiving, there is something about being filled up by another person. I suppose this may be something like what it is to be a woman; in any case, surrender to a caring partner is a strong turn-on to me. This is all from years ago when I was playing around a lot. My partner and I donā€™t do this any more, mostly because it is just not a good fit physically for me to receive, and he is not interested in receiving at all.
