The Oddfellows are a fraternal order, similar to the Elks, Moose and others. One of the things that makes them a little different is that they run a series of nursing homes. [This](http://www.massioof.org/ofHome.html) is the one I’m most familiar with. ETA: Anyways, if there’s anything more filled with pain than a nursing home, or a hostpital, I don’t want to know what it might be. ---
