Don’t believe I’ve ever seen that, but Stouffer’s is usually pretty good. (For supermarket frozen entrees, that is.) I just make the hot dish myself. Easy-peasy. ---

I ordered some more anchovies from Greece, along with a few tins of octopus, and they were delivered today. I cracked open a tin of the anchovies for lunch - spread some whole grain crackers with tomato pesto and popped one fish on top of each cracker. Divine. ---

I occasionally get herring in wine sauce (which I prefer to cream sauce), which I eat on Triscuits.
