I tried a very short message in reply to a post and got this box from Discourse: > ​​​​​​​​Body seems unclear, is it a complete sentence? With an “OK” box. Except Discourse isn’t asking a question. There is no option to say “Yes, I’m fine with it, thanks!” Clicking OK takes you back to the edit box, where you have to start over. It’s just a pseudo-polite message: “You fucked up. Do a better job, idjit!” ---

I would presume this is the same minimum character limit they had before, just with different wording. Neither makes a lot of sense, though I guess switching to “body” makes it clear that quotes don’t count. It really should be just “Your post is too short. Consider writing a full sentence.” ---

I can’t recall how to trigger it, but I think it’s an antispam feature. Admin can turn it off merely by eliminating entropy globally. ---

I feel like a machine that states an opinion with a follow up, somewhat condescending, yes or no question but only allows you to answer by saying ‘ok’ is in no position to be passing judgement on grammar.
