As much I enjoy a pair of sunny-side-up eggs staring me in the face like a pair of ripe bosoms, if I am going to _eat_ the eggs, make them over firm… or better yet a western omelet. ---

Scrambled with ketchup. And once in a while Frank’s Red Hot. Over medium with toast to dip in the runny yolk. Scrambled and eaten in a tortilla with fried potatoes, salsa and cheese. Fried on a sandwich(bread/english muffin/bagel) with yolk dripping out. Hardboiled and made into deviled eggs. Hardboiled and cut up into my wifes potato salad. Hardboiled and decorated with crayon by my 3 year old granddaughter. ---
