This just might be the Kingford Charcoal Pit Rant of the Day. The only way it could have been more effective would have been to include a smiley from the Smiley Menu Presented by US Cellular, home of the happiest customers in wireless. In New York last year, if I remember right, it was the Geico 15th out of the game on Yankee radio broadcasts, and the Geico 15th batter of the game on Mets broadcasts. I may have that backwards. Pretty sure the 15th out of the game was at the end of the top of the third. Annoying, but what can you do? They have to make their money somehow. At least we don’t (yet) have sponsorships on the players’ uniforms. ---
