Hello, my name’s Ragiel. I practice psychiatry, which does mean I can write scripts. If it’s a mental-illness deal, I usually know what talking about. I’m also one of those mostly-lurkers but will bring in some information if I think it will help. Hi to all, I am ExtraKun, formerly LostCause. I am in no way related to the famed Exar Kun, the famous Dark Sith in Star Wars, but friends keep calling me that because I do have a “Kun” in my name somewhere. I don’t have much to contribute here, beside the occasional spoofs and my limited amount of computing knowledge. Usually I just lurk and look. ---

I’m norinew. I didn’t realize until way after I’d picked it as my username that people would read it as “nori new”. It’s really my first name and last initial, just like my email addy. That lack of imagination has made me an unspectacular poster. I’m probably best known for my “Ask the Baha’i” thread, “Ask the ex phone sex operator” thread, and threads bitching about my oldest daughter. I’m not completely unknown, but no way I’m up to snuff when it comes to labeling the “cool Dopers”. I do _love_ dopefests, though, and go to as many as I can. Oh, and I recognize most of the names in this thread, including the OP, who I remember as incredibly cute. Now I feel guilty for thinking that, because I am _so_ old enough to be his mother! :eek: ---

I’m relatively new to SDMB, having been converted from lurker to occasional poster by my husband **trupa**. By the way, when **trupa** describes himself as non-witty, uncool, but sidekick material - he’s being entirely too hard on himself. He supplies at least 50% of the brain in this relationship, which is a good thing considering how my brain seems to have shrunk after giving birth to trusquirt almost 3 years ago. I enjoy putting in my two cents in IMHO and MPSIMS, particularly for relationship issues, but can occasionally be tempted by an interesting thread in GQ. My postings often are the kiss of death for the thread, though. :o ---

Hi, I’m **Twoflower**. When I was trying to think up a user name, I kinda liked the idea of a literary reference of some sort. Little did I realize I was stepping into a whole nest of Pratchett fans, many of whom are far more familiar than I with things Diskworld. I can’t think of anything better to change it to, though, so here I am. I mostly just lurk, and toss in an occasional comment here and there if I have something to say, but I don’t usually get involved in long discussions.
