Just read on the Sci-Fi Wire that this great character actor, best known as G’Kar on **Babylon 5** has lost his battle with lung cancer. He was 59. Patricia Tallman, at a con, a few months ago, mentioned he was very ill, but it is still sad to learn that he is gone. Sir Rhosis ---

That’s depressing. I think most people will remember him as the “one-armed man” in the Harrison Ford movie version of _The Fugitive_. ---

He was the godfather in that sadly cliched Patrick Swayze _Next of Kin_ and the badass killer in \* Someone to Watch Over Me\*. Always playing an Italian. ---

Damn. G’Kar was one of my favorite characters. Some credit goes to the writers but most of the credit goes to the actor. ---

I saw him at a convention once. He was quite good at different accents, and what a voice! I’m stunned at the news of his passing. ---
