Posting this here because I think his ‘journalistic’ antics and abhorrent lack of integrity leaves a legacy that deserves pitting. I would rather have seen him take his money and retire than die, but I strongly believe the world (no hyperbole intended) is a lot better off without him. I can only hope the rotten fruit he succoured withers away into obscurity.
(I also hope that this isn’t some stunt to see the (invented) liberal media’s reaction.)

The articles seem very mum on cause of death. Fox News calls it “unexpectedly from natural causes”. How can someone die from natural causes at 43?
I have $5 on “auto-erotic asphyxiation gone wrong”.

He collapsed outside while walking near his house. Someone saw him fall and called the paramedics.

Heart disease, I’m guessing. He was a chain smoker and a heavy drinker, IIRC.
Breitbart was an asshole, but not the Falwell kind of asshole who deserved to die. I hope he finds death more restful than life.

Interesting watching the various lefty groups and commentators twist themselves trying to say something nice about him (in a couple hours I’m sure most will stop trying).
“We always respected his dedication to his beliefs” and such nonsense.
I have never had any problem with his beliefs (though I disagreed with them) or his level of dedication. It is the manner in which he exhibited his dedicated pursuit of his beliefs that made him a reprehensible person.
I’m not glad he’s dead. I wouldn’t have wished him dead. It is a horrible thing for his his friends and family.
But I am glad for the side effect that he will no longer be part of the conversation because he did his very best to taint that conversation through his simple participation.
Will be interesting to see what level of conspiracy talk there is. After all, if Putin’s loudest internet critic, 43-year-old and not obviously unhealthy, suddenly died we’d all assume a reasonably good chance he’d been taken out.

I am betting “unexpectedly from natural causes” is some sort of code phrase for “meth overdose while having sex with his illegal immigrant rent-boy after supporting abortions by buying Girl Scout cookies”.
