Mario hinted that he might, but AFAIK never made it official.

I personally don’t see Biden having a FIRST term, either, not so much because the Dumpster got re-elected as that he won’t make it to November, mentally and/or physically.

Biden is getting much needed rest during quarantine.

That will help this fall when the election gears up.
