Are there any? I’m playing The Tribes and The Simpsons Tapped Out, but what I’d really like is something like Caesar 3 was on the pc, where you just build stuff and dont have to wait hours or pay money to finish. Paying for the app up front is fine.

Epic City Builder 2 on the Amazon App store looks like a SimCity 2000 style clone. The couple reviews it has say that it doesn’t have in-app purchases.

If you download any app from the Amazon App Store today (free or paid) you’ll get a $5 credit at the store. So Epic City Builder 2 is 99¢ but you can easily get it for free just by downloading some free app first.

Edit: Most of the other builders all looked to be “free” apps supported by in-app purchases.
