It’s just so tacky – actually beyond tacky into post-tacky. However, you _do_ know that the obvious wedding present for people who get married in Vegas is a painting of Elvis on velvet? Do you _realize_ what an inconvenience it is to have to stuff your eyeballs back in your head and try to pick up the parts of your brain that shot out the back of your skull five minutes before a staff meeting?! Not to mention trying to shove your heart back down your throat at the same time. I’m in that line that’s forming to give you a proper whuppin’ for that thread title, **Montfort**. Even if I _did_ figure out a split second after I read it that you were probably engaged or married already. Having said that - Gratulerar dig båda! I’m extremely happy for the both of you, especially if you settle back down in the DC Metro area so I can practice my Swedish more. God knows I need it and I don’t have the time on Saturdays or the $175 to go to Swedish school out in Falls Church. I wish you both the best and an absolute bare minimum of red tape from the INS. 🙂 Oh, **John** - those weren’t love songs, those were drinking songs. Or rather songs about drinking. But if I can teach **Montfort** at least the first verse from _Opp Amaryllis_ then I will consider my duty done. ---
