# Annoying guy on MTV2 commercials

You know the one… he looks and sounds a tiny bit like Gilbert Gottfried, with none of the charm.

Who is he?  
And, did he used to do late-night party-line infomercials?  
I seem to remember seeing him in some of those… is it the same guy?
