Yes and that’s the point of the satire. If Ohio officials are so willing to impose their will on Alaska for all those good reasons, surely they can’t object to renaming an ahem prominent Ohio landmark after a notable Alaskan. FYI I’m an Ohioan. And I believe that Ohioans have no business butting into this Denali matter. Also, the one good thing that McKinley did as president was to get murdered by a lunatic so that we could really have a great president. ---

Maybe we can resolve this issue with a compromise. We keep Mount McKinley as the name of our tallest mountain. And we rename our twenty-fifth President William Denali. ---
