According to the link, “A man armed with a shotgun and propane tanks is in custody after driving onto Arkansas State University’s campus Thursday. No shots were fired.”

That doesn’t sound very active (thank goodness).

Yep. More like ‘active brandisher’. I wonder who he’s pissed off at.

Mythbusters did propane tanks. They are basically impossible to explode with firearms, so unless he planned on starting a fire, no luck.

Yeah what’s an inactive shooter? Too lazy to fire but wants to?
