The University of South Carolina considers Rekers to be a “[Distinguished Professor of Neuropsychiatry and Behavioral Science, Subspecialty: Psychology](http://specialtyclinics.med.sc.edu/physlist/viewPhysician.asp?pID=354)”. Which doesn’t say much for their program, does it? ---
