Can anyone actually get ‘Express written consent from Major League Baseball’? Or are they just blowing smoke? Buzz Out ---

Absolutely. ESPN and TBS get it lots, for example. Other sites using pictures or accounts of games or other ESPN material have to get it as well. This means ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, etc. ---
