This time Steve Stevlic, head of the Chicago Tea Party and one of the organizers of TeaCon 2011. Everytime something like this comes up, I always wonder why would a high level public official seek hookers in the first place ? Rich, powerful, often reasonably handsome/charismatic… if they’d just gone to the average singles bar they’d get all the tail they could possibly handle. But no, it’s gotta be the hooker in the sordid alley with the candlestick. I don’t get it. I really don’t. I feel people should be held to the moral standards they espouse. That’s why I felt Eliot Spitzer needed to resign when I didn’t think there was cause for Bill Clinton to do so. But anyone who condemns other people for extramarital sex, like Stevlic has done, deserves to be condemned if he engages in extramarital sex. ---
