Huh. According to you and the UESPWiki, she does. Yet she’s never mentioned it to me. She just said, “If it does turn out to be worth anything, let me know.” After some poking around through the talk pages, it turns out that it’s probably because it was an unfinished quest.
I never found the one in the barrow, probably because I already had the claw. (Sitting on a shelf in a house three holds away, but I owned the claw.)
