About the discipline problems: yes, I have almost no problems but that is mainly beacuse I teach at secondary school (in our school system that means a four year school with pupils from 15-19). But my stature didn’t help me when I was teaching kids aged 11-15. There’s no way to calm down some of the more obnoxious kids, short of sitting on them which is sadly prohibited by the Geneva convention or something suchlike. ---
