He would, but the liberal media refuses to report on that aspect. Also not reported on, yet frequently occurring at Teabagging parties: saving of drowning puppies; babies giggling; money given to charities; general volunteering and unselfishness; kitten piles for the poor. It’s all there, you just have to know where to look. ---

Nice. :dubious: Is it really so wrong to want people dead when they actually have tried to- hard to believe it’s even possible there are such people- reform health care and provide better coverage to the poor and unemployed? Would Jesus want those who are sick and not rich to have decent quality health care if it meant others would have to chip in? I think not. Otherwise why would He have healed them? It was His way of saying “Enough of your ‘I"ve got a pre-existing condition’ ‘I can’t work because I’m bliiiiiind’ wah wah wah’ whining, now you’re healthy so quit your bitching and get to work!” and I think that’s the attitude He would want _us_ to take. Except for the healing part, which is best left up to hospitals fueled by private insurance companies with policies for those who are gainfully employed. (And that whole part about “If you have two coats give one to the poor” is _so obviously_ tongue in cheek how can some people not get it?) ---

If not, have you put 1/10th the effort you put into stopping the evil of health insurance reform into telling anyone that he doesn’t speak for you? Only one clinic in the country now does these- Boulder Abortion Clinic. Esquire had a great article on this. I thought I had started a thread a while back called “Ask the former abortion clinic worker” but I can’t find it on search. And yes, we did third-trimester abortions - under very specific, very controlled circumstances. Women couldn’t just walk in and say “oh, hey, lalala, I decided I don’t want to give birth tomorrow, kill my baby please.” ---
