I actually like the taste and texture of Metamucil. And I don’t find colonoscopy prep to be so difficult. But I wouldn’t say I like the taste. ---

Amazon had them (Hydrox) for a short time. I didn’t buy them because they were really expensive and I was afraid they’d be stale. ---

I make mine with chicken livers, onion, and jalapeños or serranos cut in strips in almost equal quantity to the onions. Cook up the veggies first, finish with the chicken livers and season. Eat straight out of the pan or serve over rice, it’s all good! ---
