# Another help-ID-this-book thread: 1970s-ish story anthology aimed at teen girls (?), with some Jane Austen?

Cannot recall title or editor, but I do remember it included at least some excerpts from classic novels along with some less distinguished typical YA fodder, primarily about love and dating. One of those excerpts was one of the ending chapters of Austen’s Pride and Prejudice.

None of it involved science fiction, IIRC, and the internet is so clogged with contemporary YA fiction and various Pride and Prejudice mashups that Google is no help. Any bells ringing for Dopers?
