Let’s test your logic. Your task is to move everyone across a narrow river using a tiny raft. Don’t worry that the home page is not written in English. Just click on the round blue circle and the puzzle will begin. These are the rules: 1. Only 2 persons on the raft at a time. 2. The father can not stay with any of the daughters without their mother’s presence. 3. The mother can not stay with any of the sons without their father’s presence. 4. The thief in the striped shirt can not stay with any family member if the Policeman is not there. 5. Only the Father, the Mother and the Policeman know how to operate the raft. 6. To start click on the big blue circle on the right. 7. To move the people click on them. 8. To move the raft click on the pole on the opposite side of the river. Now click here! Woo! I got it! Took a few minutes of thinking, though. For those who might be stuck, here’s a solution in a spoiler box: Take across police and thief, bring back police. Take police and girl, bring back police and thief. Take mom and girl, bring back mom. Take mom and dad, bring back dad. Take police and thief, bring back mom. Take mom and dad, bring back dad. Take dad and boy, bring back police and thief. Take police and boy, bring back police, take polcie and thief. ---

I finally got it. Like **bouv** said It involves shuttling the thief back and forth - often leaving the bastard alone on a river bank - nice security work there Deputy Fife. You would think that that peace officer could put a stop to some of the terrible child abuse that goes on in that family. I hope they are in therapy for Og’s sake . ---

Excellent - I was stumped for a few minutes there - but it took me about 40 minutes. I have 17 moves to get everyone over. I won’t spell it out here - I don’t know how to make a spoiler box :eek: . Can someone tell me how? ---

Crab Rangoon, put \ in front and \ after the end of what you want to post… but replace \<\> with Or another way to put it is use [spoiler] and [/spoiler] without the extra spaces… ---

Does it make any sense to to leave the thief alone on one side of the river?
