While you’re at it, explain how trial attorneys interpret the law instead of judges. Explain how trial attorneys enforce the law, rather than the police. Explain how trial attorneys write the law, instead of the politicians.

Assume that trial attorneys do have a death grip on all three branches of government and have found a way to bypass all checks and balances set up by the system. State why you believe that all trial attorneys somehow have a similar, sinister outlook on the direction the government takes. Explain why you believe trial attorneys are of one mind, like The Borg, and they’re all working towards a common goal of screwing you over.

Well, you should be reminded that:
-Judges are lawyers; they have a vested interest in promoting the wealth of lawyers.
-At present, there are almost NO checks on the ability of a jury to fleece defendents. Hence, we see millions awarded for trivial injuries (see the “McDonalds Coffe lawsuit”).
-most elected officials are lawyers as well.

It is you who are stupid,how can any profession police itself? The bar overseers are all lawyesr, the agencies overseeing the courts are all lawyers, and the arbitartors are all retired judges/lawyers.

Sure there are. The defendents have lawyers that argue the defendents position and the judge can set aside a verdict or reduce a jury award that he finds excessive. This happened in the very McDonalds case you cite. IIRC, the award was cut to under a half million.
