[CNN Reports](http://www.cnn.com/2001/WORLD/europe/10/04/russia.plane.crash/index.html). At least they don’t suspect terrorism.

The last I saw on this was the Russians denying they downed the plane.

CNN reported that the Ukrainian army accidently shot it down during exercises.

Forgot to add that the Ukrainian Army has actually has taken responsibility for it. It’s no longer a suggestion by the US.
