Because I really want to grab him and shake him like I was a British nanny while screaming that at him. I realize that there are people out there who still _buy_ his shit, but even _he_ (or Rove, more realistically) has to realize that their numbers are shrinking and that his continued hitting himself in the head with a hammer is _not_ going to lead to a different result. Is the man _so_ insecure that even so much as the mere _possibility_ that he might have been wrong is too frightening for him to contemplate? If so, that makes the fact that he’s got his finger on “the button” even more terrifying than it was when Ronnie’s brains began oozing out of his ears while he was in office. ---

A specimen might be interesting from an anatomical point of view. Consider the question of girth, circumference : Bush is one of the world’s major assholes, truly massive, I think we can take that as a given, yes? On the other hand, he is a classic anal-ret. Does one expect him to lay some transatlantic cable, or sputter tiny, anxious bb’s? ---

I saw a short soundbite from an opposing politician in Washington that I quite liked: “He (W. Bush) is President of the United States, not King of the United States.” ---

i used to get angry at GW’s inanities. Now I have just given up. Anyone who can say that -The solution in Iraq can’t be strictly military, that’s why I sent in more troops - is out of my league. ---

And anyone who says, “no matter what you do, I’ll veto it” with regards to the war, is far below my league. Still, I dislike how the troop supplies are riding on these issues. ---

I just don’t have it in me to muster any more anger at the asshole-in-charge. It’s a losing proposition that begets no satisfaction. OTHO, I’m steadily rabid at the few cumstains that continue to lick his bunghole. Plenty of energy left to tell them exactly what I think of them. ---
