Yep, in Milwaukee, West Allis, and So. Milwaukee, night parking is allowed (with permit, of course) nightly and the even odd rules apply. In Milwaukee, night parking permits are required year round and cost (when I used them) $14 a month, $40 a quarter. In West Allis (IIRC) and South Milwaukee, night parking permits are a winter only thing and even-odd rules apply. I paid $60 for the right to park at night during winter here.
Do you live in Cudahy? Or St. Francis? I would think that Cudahy would HAVE to have a night parking system…
