I just remember a part of the chorus (an annoying voice similar to Kevin DuBrow’s from Quiet Riot:

“Ooh La La, in L.A., Ooh La La, in the U.S.A…”

Anyone. please?

“Ooh la la in LA” from Slade, album: You Boyz Make the Big Noise, circa late 80s, I think.

Thanks. It must be, due to the similar voice.

I thought Quiet Riot had the same lead singer as Slade.

No, just all the same songs.

And Quiet Riot used to remake Slade songs: “Cum on feel the noize”, “Mama were all crazy now”. What a opportunist band.

I was really surprised when I eventually heard the Slade version of “Cum on Feel the Noize” (did they spell it that way too?) to hear that it actually had intelligible lyrics that weren’t particularly stupid. Actually they’re a little bit funny.
