# Another Song Identification

Heard this on the radio - it was kind of bluesy, had a long guitar solo. The chorus was something like “I just came to tell you goodbye” or “I’m only here to say goodbye” or something along those lines - and it was a dismissive tone, not a wistful one.

Does anyone recognize this?

He’s Canadian and quite popular here. I don’t know how popular he is in the US.

Makes sense. Depending on the weather, I get Vancouver & Victoria stations - so it’s very likely that’s how I heard it.
