When my husband and I switched from Sprint to AT&T, the salesperson was named Drama. HE was a really nice guy. ---

I work with a wonderful woman from India named Seemin. I think it’s basically pronounced see-meen, but half the place stumbles over it. I’m sure in India it’s a lovely name. ---

If that’s so, I’d like to point out that the -a ending is often masculine in Greek. ---

Years ago the young lady who worked the checkout at the local drugstore was named Trudicka. At least that’s what her nametag read. ---

My son went to school with a set of twins named Lemonjello and Orangejello, pronounced like the Italian fruit drinks, not the gelatin desert, but still very very strange. I once knew a guy named Harry Chassey. And it was. He had a hairy chest and a hairy back. ---

My first grandchild was born a few weeks ago, and his mother named him **Midas**. (Insert jokes about mufflers here). It’s…not a\* good\* name but I guess it will grow on us. Could be worse. My husband’s grandchild’s name has an apostrophe in it. ---

Yup, they’ve attained urban legend status, haven’t they? I’ve wondered if there was some pop culture ‘thing’ out there around that time that gave all the expectant mothers of twins this idea. Sounds like they started off as fictional characters. Oddly enough, I’d asked my son last weekend if he’d ever heard anything from these twins after high school. He told me one, Lemonjello, who is now known as Jeff, was one of his Facebook friends. Didn’t have any info on the other twin. And the truly bizarre wrinkle in this tale is that these boys are Caucasian. I believe the apocryphal twins from the urban legend were black, or so I’ve heard. ---
