[More information](http://www.cnn.com/2015/07/24/us/louisiana-theater-shooting/) about the shooter and the victims and the excellent Lafayette cops. When I lived there before I got married I had long hair and a Northern accent, but I never got hassled once. There is a map in the linked article. The little W shaped section of road just to the left of the theater is where we lived. ---

and Amy Schumer released a condolence tweet, for which she’ll be castigated in comparison to Chritian Bale’s hospital visit. By now the Hollywood PR flacks should have contingency plans for these things already in the can. I see a growth industry.
