I double checked the original thread\* and it turns out I was wrong. You asked both your drummer **and** your mom. That totally makes it a legitimate cite.

So, should we take **Gyrate** ’s advice from post 160 and have hot, sweaty make-up sex? We could get a room and change our 42’s to 69’s, if you know what I mean.

I don’t know about watching it, but many of us like to read it. I find porn flicks in general to leave too little to the imagination.

I’m a decidedly straight and decidedly un-feminine woman, so what do I know?

I’m rude to my co-workers when they make homophobic remarks because they damn-well know that I have a bi sister and a gay nephew both of whom I love very much and I won’t tolerate any bullshit on the subject. I view rudeness as entirely proper whenever it’s implied that people I love are somehow defective due to factors that are really no one’s business but theirs anyway.

For the love of all that’s hangin’ on a cross, you folks will _not_ let me live down that crazy comment! You were supposed to _ignore it_, eulalia, so that I can forget the fact that I tried to make a point about gay porn that didn’t really make any sense. Now, you all just drop it!

I think that statement is untrue.

And David, I know nothing at all about you except what you have posted on this board. You may think you are being supportive, but _tolerant_ or _pitying_ is the most I can see in your statements. You echo the arguments of bigots, and try to justify their bigotry.

If you are intending to be _supportive_, please re-examine your position. Because it’s certainly not coming off that way.

I’m not prepared to concede that it _IS_ commonly accepted, but even if it is, that doesn’t stop it from being bullshit.

On the face of it, the proposition is reductive, dismissive, and simplistic. Hell’s bells, using that as a template, a flat-earther could “win” an argument with a cosmologist merely by successfully goading him into flinging an insult…

If people would be more careful in their approach rather than seeing red whenever somone has a criticism of the gay movement, we’d solve the problems quicker.

My mother used to alaways say you attract more flies with honey than vinegar, (but I was never sure why she wanted to attract flies to begin with, ha ha).

Matthew Shepard - beaten, tied to a fence, and left to die.

Newt - had glitter dropped on him.

Yeah, those are equivalent. You are a bigot.
