# Anti "photo-enforced" intersection license plate covers?

Of course, I am also curious as to why I can’t seem to spell and use proper parts of speech like definite and indefinite articles. Oh well…

1420Vel.GN, I think it is now against federal law to receive cell phone signals (assuming you’re not actually part of the call). This was passed shortly after some Congressman (Newt Gingrich??) had a call taped by someone a couple of years ago.
