You okay, bro?

Prime Minister. Canada doesn’t have a President.

Argle bargle it’s all Trudeau’s fault.

If I want simplistic one-sided political commentary, I can go read the National Post.

Look, Justin Trudeau isn’t a good Prime Minister. He’s just not. He’s directionless, ineffective, and far meaner and more petty than most people realize.

But holy shit, if there is ANY p[oblem in Canada you can’t lay at the feet of the current occupant of 24 Sussex, it’s this one. Like, you REMEMBER Oka, right? Did you hear about Caledonia? This shit is not new.

Trudeau is responsible in the sense the buck now stops at his desk but even suggesting this problem is just his failure is just so insane.

Well, especially since he doesn’t live at 24 Sussex. No one lives there anymore. It’s a dilapidated, asbestos hell-hole.

[Prolly Trudeau’s fault as well:](https://www.macleans.ca/politics/ottawa/how-the-pms-residence-became-a-nightmare-at-24-sussex/)

Somehow.

> The house’s decrepitude became public in 2008, when then-auditor general Sheila Fraser announced that renovations to the heritage-designated building, a federal government-owned property managed by the National Capital Commission (NCC), were urgently required to repair cracked windows, 50-year-old knob-and-tube wiring, deficient plumbing, a leaky roof, old window air conditioners, a lack of universal disabled access, and “not functional” laundries. The work, estimated to cost $10 million, required the “residents,” as the NCC calls them, to move out for at least 18 months, something then-prime minister Stephen Harper refused to do.

If he was responsible for getting the rival Canadian train lines to share their tracks and route some of the freight through the US then good on him and my apologies for the title error.
