Grrr… [Apparently](https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2016/jun/07/us-antisemitism-anti-defamation-league-echo-hate-symbol-chrome) putting brackets around someone’s name now means that they’re Jewish. Fuck you, Nazi arseholes. We’ll just have to use braces {} instead. ---

Antisemites need a Chrome extension to put parentheses around someone’s name? They’re too dumb/lazy to just type them in? ---

Many Jewish people and their friends on Twitter had co-opted this and were putting parentheses around their own names. Now that Chrome has removed the extension from the store some seem to have dropped it. ---
