Not sure where this should be placed, but it involves movies and food, so here it sits. Since the wife and I both absolutely loathe football in any form, we are making today an Anti-Superbowl day. We packed the Netflix queue with a bunch of movies, bought cocktail franks, wings, taquitos, beer, chips, made fresh guacamole and salsa, and are settling in for a day of ignoring the NFL. Bloody Marys have been consumed, and the first movie is about to start. Anybody else acting against the Machine today? ---

I’ve spent almost the entire weekend chained to my computer doing some freelance CAD work. As a result, I’d completely forgotten it was Superbowl Sunday. I think I’ll wrap up early, grab a beer, fire up the TV and…binge on “House of Cards.” ---
