I’ve seen a hell of a lot of strawmen in this thread.
The upper classes and the rich must be the better informed?
Some are, some aren’t.
The uniformed must necessarily bre the underclass.

And who’s going to judge these electoral exams ?
Wow , tough one that.
They get judged the same way as as any other exam is in higher or adult education.
And the people being tested are anonymus to the markers, both as to their identity and their background, financial status,sex or ethnicity.
